No. We clinicians been tested enough. Testing for mastery in these situations has never, ever been demonstrated to improve outcomes. Yet creating and administering tests is big business. Because of the industry's influence (and the money flowing through healthcare),​ we clinicians are subjected to useless testing at every turn. Here, we collaborate over the material and trust you, as a professional, to achieve the level of mastery you require. Testing creates no value for anyone. It has no place here.

Board certification in telemedicine is not yet available. When it is available it will almost certainly be open only to those already boarded in the general disciplines. Experience also teaches that because board certification is designed to serve the needs of rentiers and the industry, it will be expensive, time-consuming, and absolutely worthless in serving the needs of you and your patients. Our certification is cost-effective, efficient and dedicated solely to you and your patient's success. No one else benefits or influences the process.
